WOLF Sales Model eLearning Series
As part of my work during the Winter of 2022, I created a comprehensive 3-part eLearning series for John Grubbs, author of the WOLF Sales Model. The series focuses on fundamental sales skills designed to help learners achieve their full potential by enhancing their mindset, skills, and habits necessary for success in the field of sales.

Role: As the instructional designer and project owner, I was able to leverage my client's vision for the course to design and develop the eLearning material. I also supported the setup and launch of LearnWorlds Learning Management System (LMS).
Overview: The WOLF Sales Model eLearning Series is a series of three foundational sales courses related to mindset, skills, and habits that salespeople need to reach their full potential.
The target audience for this course is sales professionals who are looking to take their sales skills to the next level. The courses cover a range of topics, including prospecting, building trust, communication, persuasion, and closing deals. Additionally, learners learn how to develop daily habits that help them achieve their sales goals.
The scope of work for this project included leveraging John’s expertise to develop the course content, create the course materials, and design the learning activities that help learners put their new skills into practice. The courses include a mix of lectures, interactive activities, and assessments to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the WOLF sales model and are able to apply it to their own sales practice.

Results: Overall, I expect this project to result in sales professionals who are more confident, skilled, and effective in their sales careers. They will be able to close more deals, generate more revenue, and build stronger relationships with their clients.
Deliverables: A 3-part eLearning series hosted on the client’s preferred LMS. The courses include a mix of media (text-based instruction, animated videos with voiceover, infographics, assessments,
downloadable resources, and more)
