Map a Process
As part of my work during the Fall of 2022, I designed and developed an engaging eLearning course for Torque Management aimed at helping learners enhance their skills in mapping business processes. The course is structured to provide learners with hands-on experience in identifying and mapping out a business process within their organization that requires improvement.

Project Details
Client: Dee Cari, Torque Management

Role: Instructional Designer and Developer
Overview: The Map a Process course is a hands-on and practical course designed to teach students how to discover and map business processes. By mapping these processes, students will be able to improve business operations, governance, and compliance requirements.
Students will have the opportunity to work with a Business Process Management System called Elements.cloud, which has been used to map over one million processes. By the end of the course, students will have a strong understanding of process mapping vocabulary, definitions, and approaches to process modeling, and will be able to confidently map business processes and convert them into visually engaging process maps.

Approach: I used an agile development approach that you can learn more about here.
Results: Participants will emerge from the course with a comprehensive understanding of the different approaches to process modeling/mapping, and the ability to apply proven process mapping principles and techniques to create clear, effective business processes that drive real results.
Deliverables: A fully branded eLearning course with a blend of voice-over PPT, interactive graphics, hands-on exercises, downloadable handouts, knowledge checks, and more.
